Rates for Psychotherapy Services:
- Initial Individual Session (75-80 min.) $155
- Individual Counseling Sessions (55 min.) $125
Rates for Neurofeedback Training:
- qEEG Brain Map: $425
- Training Session: $130
Payment:
Payment is due at the end of each session. Cash, check, all major credit cards, and Health Savings Account (HAS) cards are accepted for payment.
Insurance:
We accept the following insurance (please note: Neurofeedback services are not covered by insurance and are an out-of-pocket expense)

OhioHealthy
All other insurance is considered out-of-network**.
**This means: For out-of-network benefits, we will not bill your insurance or accept payment from your insurance. However, this does not mean your insurance will not cover treatment. Services may be covered, at a certain percentage, by your health insurance out-of-network benefits and/or employee flexible spending plan. Such benefits reimburse you for the cost of your visit. If you wish to utilize your insurance for reimbursement and to determine if you have out-of-network mental health coverage, please check with your insurance carrier prior to your first visit. To help reduce confusion regarding your insurance, please ask the following questions when contacting them:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Does the insurance cover out-of-network providers?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
If you choose to use your out-of-network benefits and you wish to submit documentation to your insurance company for reimbursement, a Superbill will be provided upon your request. This Superbill will provide all necessary information required by your insurance company in order to reimburse you.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full session fee. please note: Cancelled appointments and no show fees are not covered by insurance.
